INGREDIENTS - Aqua(Water), Sodium Bicarbonate, Propylene Glycol, Matricaria ( ChamomillaRecutita ) Extract , Phenoxyethanol , Triethanolamine,Disodium Edta, Methylparaben, Imidazolidinyl Urea.

DIRECTION - Put some drop of neutral nano rx on sterilized gauze and apply on the areas to be neutralized. Use pressure if necessary.
